Skelner Furnaces
We have 3 skelner furnaces with 5MT, 7MT and 10MT capacity per heat respectively. Total production capacity per month of our plant is 1200MT.
Pot Furnace
Pot Furnaces of 500 kg capacity per heat used to melt aluminium scrap to acquire deoxidizing agents such as Notched Bars, Shots and Cubes as the final product.
Spectro Maxx Spectrometer
Spectrometer is an instrument that uses argon gas to burn a certain area of the metal and take the different elements present in them to check the accurate composition of such material.

Density Meter
An instrument used to check the Density Index of the alloy manufactured. This helps us control the amount of dross and other impurities present in the material.
JCB Telehandler
In house telehandler assures smooth movement and handling of scrap and finished goods at the plant.
